Reset and recalibrate mind, body and spirit with this all-level friendly hatha yoga class. Refresh and restore for some mid-week rejuvenation.
Please bring your own mat
If you don't have a mat, but want to come, send me a message: aleenaglinski@gmail.com I have a limited number available.
If you have any other yoga props you like to practice with, feel free to bring those along too.
Class begins promptly at 6:30, so please arrive early; parking can be difficult to find.
Bring some water, wear clothes that are comfortable for you to move in, and I look forward to seeing you there!
