Both hatha and vinyasa yoga offer unique benefits and challenges:
Hatha is slower paced, where we spend longer in each pose and get really nerdy with the alignment, finding comfort in challenging places
Vinyasa is a little bit faster paced, feature more flow. Vinyasa is more oriented towards syncing movemtens to the breath and flowing smoothly between postures.
